Terrible warranty communication

I purchased a ring for my wife, the lady that sold me the ring also convinced me to purchase the extra warranty that would cover anything with the ring that lost or damaged. On February 27,2022 my wife brought the ring in cause of a lost diamond, fixed no problem l. The other day the garnet fell out brings it back and they state the garnet is not covered. This is complete BS, I purchased the warranty to cover all problems. I will never return as a customer and will never recommend them to anyone. I've spent a lot of money at Zales and recommended them to many but NEVER AGAIN

I purchased a ring for my fiancé and our wedding is in may. I have had problems with this ring, the diamonds fall out. Zales replaced it, then that one had a diamond fall out. They fixed it and now two diamonds have fallen out. My fiancé is unhappy and pissed at the same time. I asked Zales to upgrade my ring without me having to pay for it and they said "NO". I'm going to report this company to the BBB, and I still want my money back or for them to upgrade me to a better quality ring....ON THE HOUSE!!

Poor quality

Bought my wife a diamond ring on line for Xmas and it is already tarnishing. Bought her another one from another company and it is fine. Waste of my money. Other one was from Kaye jewelers. Never buy from Zales again.

Called store twice said shipment had not come in! Called customer service they verified order was at the store! Probably could have had it before Christmas! Customer service representative was great!

Not honoring warranty

Bought a bracelet. Store refused to fix or replace even though I bought a lifetime warranty. They would only give me credit towards another peice of jewlery. Was not enough to replace item. Warranty was total waste of money. They obviously dont want to keep customers

I signed up for a credit card tonight, and I was trying to buy my wife a weeding ring. They never gave me a card number, so I could use that card. Was lied to 4 times from the credit card people, so I closed the account and will never shop at zales again. I shopped there before and my old card sat to long, so it got closed out. the credit card company refused to give me my info......
