NEVER ORDER FROM ZALES
My boyfriend ordered an engagement ring on January 15.He did the site to store option and it shipped on Jan.
18. By Jan. 25, he had still not received a call that the ring was in the store. When he called, he was told that it was, "in the store, but not received yet".
It's not March 1--still nothing after two polite and pissed off emails and several phone calls. I have never had a problem with Zales until now. This terrible experience that has delayed the next phase of my life has trumped anything good I ever felt about the store. Worst customer service ever.
So if you don't want to have engagement dreams dashed and delayed for months--save yourself some tears and buy from some other store.DO NOT SHOP AT ZALES--YOU WILL FEEL NOTHING BUT DISAPPOINTMENT AND HEARTACHE.
