Received multiple "circuits are busy messages" and now a message from Verizon basically saying the 800# all over their website is not a valid number - please check the number. This is horrible!!!! Never again. Buy online all the time - have never, ever had such a bad experience.
How can you not have a working customer service phone # - based on prior reviews this is a theme.
Debating whether to call AMEX and have them block the charges. Totally unacceptable.
