We purchased my husbands wedding ring R2837****/12 in January for our wedding on January 31st. Yesterday it broke in 3 pieces. While I understand 10K gold is more brittle, this ring was HOLLOW! I dont know where this ring was manufactured, but I could have gotten something quite like it from a gumball machine. I think this borders on fraudulent. There is nowhere in the store or on your website that states that this ring is hollow and will last 3 months. My husband is retired, so his work did not contribute to the breakage. The PO# for this ring was 2287****. The order# is 100001****3104. I realize a return/refund at this point is past your company policy, but after only 3 months, I feel the circumstances warrant a refund. I would gladly supply pictures of the ring. I am expecting a full refund and I will gladly send you the remains. We went to Zales for our wedding rings based on your long history as a reputable jewelry provider. Please don't disappoint us. I recently upgraded my wedding ring because my first one had snapped at the top of the band and we paid 2000 cash to upgrade it to beautiful 1 carat diamond ring set in 18k gold and less than 3 months the entire top stone and its setting snapped off at the band! I was told that because its he said she said I cannot have the ring replaced only repaired and if it needs replaced I have to pay more money out of pocket for the warranty on the new one when obviously it was defective. I will never purchase through zales again their jewelry is being made with dirty or junk metals

So far it looks as if I'm going to have to pay another jewelry company to fixed zales screw up

Received my wife's new wedding ring less than 3 weeks all 3 main stones are about to fall out so the ring is no longer wearable. Called zales for help with this situation of course they can't help me gotta take it to a store which is a little more than an hour away.

That being said it took some planning to make the 2 1/2 hr round trip because of work and kids in school.

We get to the store and they begin telling me that it is going to cost me another $80 as it was 62 days after I ordered it nevermind 12 of them days were spent waiting for the ring to arrive. Just spent almost $4000 with zales through multiple purchases and this is how we get treated never ever again will I or anyone I know spend another dollar with this crap company

Placed Order going on 2 weeks ago, on the 5th. First website stated order was to be shipped on 15th. Then get message the shipping is delayed 3 days....now it's AVOIDbeen 5 days past that and still NOT SHIPPED!!! I have called customer service twice and they have NO answers!! The last lady spoke to, Brenda, was rude and accused me of calling multiple times in a day ...still NO answers on when my purchase will be shipped.What a poor operation!!!

Hi i just wanted to touch basis on a purchase i made last week on February 10th and was told be in by friday the 12th i have not been contacted or an email regarding any delays i purchased at zales Barton creek mall in austin texas my name is eugene castro and had spoken to an employee named Gabby .I know there probably issues regarding the bad weather here in austin texas but it would be nice to be notified about any delays i have the email receipt showing my purchase ,as well as transaction number plz touch basis on this matter with me asap i notified Gabby that i would be back in town the 14th of February and would pick it up i called several times as well as by email still no reply my transaction number is 234448

RE: Repair # 932**** I dropped off my watch at a sales store located in Ft Collins, Co over a year ago (10/17/19). The watch needed a new band nothing more. I periodically check in to get an update on a potential return date of my watch but I get the feeling your employees have no idea where my watch is. To be honest, it has completely steered me away from future purchases at Zales, the product was fine but the lack of service or even communication is terrible for any company. Im disappointed overall, still as a paying customer I need to know where my purchase is and when it will be returned.
