Zales - Faulty Jewlery falling apart - No warranty
My boyfriend was intrigued by their discount for servicemen and women and purchased me a diamond necklace before he shipped off for four months of training. Within two months of owning the necklace I noticed one of the diamonds had fallen out.
I called the store and they said as long as I had a receipt everything would eb taken care of no charge. Upon arriving at the store they informed me that I would have to pay to have it repaired which is outrageous. The necklace should not have had a diamond fall out within less than two months and there should be a warranty on their items. Nope.
I am now paying over 50% of the initial cost of the necklace to have it reparied when I haven't even owned it for a full 60 days. Poor service. Poor communication.
Poor craftsmanship. Poor customer satisfaction.
Monetary Loss: $300.
